Shane Gadbaw founded Aspen Equity Real Estate with an understanding that current and future homeowners prefer working with a boutique, personal agency. Shane and his team take immense pride in attention to detail and provide a comforting local lens. These values are far more vital for success than any sort of national prowess. When not greeting guests and overseeing operations as CEO/CFO of Eagle Point Resort, Shane is also a professional real estate investor and investment manager. His career in financial services includes over 20 years of experience managing hedge funds and investing in domestic and international real estate.
Shane splits his time between his second home at Eagle Point and his home in Michigan with his wife Kini and their 3 children.
