Shane Gadbaw founded Aspen Equity Real Estate with an appreciation that future and current homeowners prefer working with a boutique agency that takes immense pride in attention to detail, and that a local lens provides comfort and solace more vital than any sort of national prowess.  As such, Shane likes to say “The residents of Beaver and the guests of Eagle Point are the true founders of Aspen Equity.”

When not greeting guests and overseeing operations as CEO/CFO and Managing Owner of Eagle Point Resort, Shane is also a professional real estate investor and investment manager with a long career in financial services including over 20 years of experience investing in and managing hedge funds and domestic and international real estate.

Shane splits his time between his second home at Eagle Point and his home in Michigan with his wife Kini and their 3 children.
